🌶️ The Hidden Heat of a Jalapeño & the Fire from Your Core 🌶️ Today, I decided to tackle my leftovers in a unique way and ended up with a mouth-watering sandwich. Starting with braised grass-fed short rib and chuck roast leftover from last night's birria-style tacos, I crafted a spicy delight. Topped with cheese, homemade mayo, kimchi, and notably, slices of jalapeño, this sandwich was...well...oh so good! As I sliced the jalapeño, I was reminded of something interesting. The initial cuts near the bottom were mild, almost bell pepper-like, which had me worried that I picked a dud (no heat). But as I continued, getting closer to the core, the heat intensified. Not a big surprise, as we get to seeds...but... This made me ponder— like the jalapeño, our strongest heat, energy, passion, fire, big results, and depth come from being at our core. It's a powerful reminder for our professional lives too. Today's Challenge for You: Evaluate your daily activities. - Which ones bring you closer to your core, where your true potential heats up? - What tasks can you delegate or eliminate that distance you from your core pursuits? Focus on what drives your passion and energy today. Focusing on coming FROM your core will ignite everything you do as the slices of jalapeńo did on my sandwich. Get closer to your core and feel the (good) heat!
