🌟 We can't get enough of the Northern Lights over Cambridge! 📸 Engineering PhD student Jamie Clarkson took this beautiful shot on Friday night: "Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d see the Aurora this well in Cambridge! A once in a lifetime event."
We have done research that we believe is fundamental. Can you introduce me to one of your fellow scientists, who will be interested in our research on such a topic. Proof the eternity of the existence of life and vital information This proof is a generalization of the analysis of the results of scientific research in the field of information technology, systems analysis and biology. The proof is based on the basic principles of systems theory in the context of supplementing systems with information functions. To create any information system, you must enter information from some source. The existence of life is ensured by copying information during reproduction. Information on a physical medium is lost over time, but is preserved through reproduction. If this information is lost, life will cease to exist, and the source of information can only be the system that has this information, because no system can convey what it does not have. This is the basis of this proof. Thanks to this proof, a number of contradictions between two main philosophical movements are eliminated: materialism and idealism, since not only matter is eternal, but also life with the information necessary for its existence. prof. I still have vivid memories of my memorable moments as a postgraduate student here 30 years ago.
I reckon it was an Engineering Dept. accident. They should never have taken that old laser out of storage.
I love seeing auroras. They are just so mystical sometimes !
Could it be the result of solar storms extending the aurora's visibility further south than usual, making it visible in places it's not usually visible from?
So beautiful, thanks for sharing !

8moGreat pictures like this one are all about timing - timing is everything. Even in the best conditions, the Aurora is still quite rare and unpredictable. Seeing it from Cambridge would be an exceptional event. The city's southern location makes it very challenging compared to northern parts of the UK like Northern Scotland. Monitoring forecasts and being ready to travel to dark countryside locations north of the city (such as Over and Cottenham) provides the best chances, but sightings are rarer and less predictable this far south. 🙏🙏🙏
