We are almost hitting the finish line of our week of recognition and this time we would like to celebrate Ivan Nikolov - Service Delivery Operations Specialist in Accenture Operations. We are extremely happy to have such an intelligent and professional man by our side.

Here's what Ivan thinks the role of a man in modern society should be.

1 What is man’s role in modern society in your opinion?

The role of a man in modern society is largely characterized by commitments outside the family, while in my opinion, a man is much more needed within the family itself. With the development of technology, personal relationships and the presence of role models, especially for young people, are crucial. The role of a man should be that of a unifier, a family pillar, and an example to emulate.

2 Who is your role model as a man?

I don't have a specific role model, but I admire men who successfully balance their professional development with being present and taking sufficient care of their families.

3 What qualities should a man have in today's world?

A man should first and foremost be honest, keep his word, and honor his promises. He should treat other members of society with respect, regardless of differences.
