  • 90-minute tour of unexplained phenomenon at the Lotz House.

    Tickets are $25 for Adults and $12 for Kids.

    Please arrive at 5:45 p.m. for check in. Tour will start at 6:00 p.m.

  • Kelly Kautzman will guide the one-hour tour exploring what civilian life was like for women in the 1860’s as well as the compelling experiences that molded Matilda Lotz as a young girl.

    Tickets are $25 for Adults and $12 for Kids.

    - Please arrive at 6:15 p.m. for check in. Tour will start at 6:30 p.m.

  • Historian and Civil War expert, Thomas Y. Cartwright will lead you on a tour through the historic battlefields of the Battle of Franklin.

    Tickets are $25 for Adults and $15 for Kids.

    Tours will be offered by reservation. Please arrive at 10:15 a.m. for check-in.

  • Join us for a Cellar Tour and check-in by 10:45 a.m.

    Tickets are $25 for Adults.

 
  • Guided Tour

    Take a guided tour through the historic Lotz House escorted by one our expert guides that will personalize the experience to your interests.

  • Illumination on the 160th Anniversary of the Battle of Franklin

    The Lotz House will be hosting an Illumination to commemorate the 160th Anniversary of the Battle of the Franklin. In addition to the Illumination on November 30, Thomas Y. Cartwright will be conducting a Walking Battlefield Tour at 10:30 a.m. and on Friday, November 29 Jamie Gillum will conduct a Walking Tour at the Battle of Spring Hill at noon. Reservations required. 615-790-7190.

  • Walking Battlefield Tour with Thomas Y. Cartwright

    Historian and Civil War expert, Thomas Y. Cartwright will lead you on a tour through the historic battlefields of the Battle of Franklin.

  • Kelly Kautzman's Women's History Tour

    Kelly Kautzman will guide the one-hour tour exploring what civilian life was like for women in the 1860’s as well as the compelling experiences that molded Matilda Lotz as a young girl.

  • Private Cellar Tour

    Make a private reservation to see the historic cellar of the Lotz family home. Reservations for this tour include an exploration land time for your group to dig up artifacts.

  • Ghost Tour

    Specially offered evening tour, take a chance to experience the spirits and other unexplained phenomenon that are said to haunt the historic home.
