1.5 oz Farmer’s Organic Gin
.5 oz cherry blossom syrup*
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Top with sparkling rosé

Method: Combine gin, cherry blossom syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a flute glass and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a cherry and edible flower.

*Cherry blossom syrup: Combine 1 tbsp cherry blossom powder (can find on Amazon), 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 mins, simmer for 10. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store remaining syrup in the Flower Cherry Blossom, French 75, Flute Glass, 10 Seconds, Edible Flowers, Cocktail Shaker, Fresh Lemon Juice, Super Simple, Lemon Juice
