When I first saw Pumpkinrot's Cloaked Ghost, I knew that I had to build one. Or two... or three. I have had a lot of questions about my "Grim" prop that I built for 2008. I plan to put a full blown tutorial on my website sometime, but for now here is a brief step-by-step tutorial with some never before seen pictures.
