Hollyhock (alcea rosea): The leaves look like they belong to a Hollyhock, flowers could confirm. It should be sending a flower spike soon. When the weather is wet and humid, it is susceptible to a rust disease. As a plant, remove any leaves (usually at the bottom of the plant) that develop rust colored spots. There are however rust-resistant cultivars of hollyhocks and all do best in full sun and regular water.
