This is a super tasty and simple recipe of sesame paste noodles which requires very few ingredients and no cooking, it can be done in 5 minutes😋
We used the Chinese sesame paste for this recipe, it is more dense and aromatic than tahini,  simple add a bit of sesame oil and mix, then it becomes very smooth and ready-to-use😋

🌈Ingredients(for 2 people)
Instant Noodles 250g
Sesame Paste  3 tbsp
Sesame Oil  1 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves 
Bird’s eye chili 🌶️ 2
Toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce  3 tbsp
Fried Garlic  2 tbsp
Scallion  1 Stalk

2 tbsp sugar 32g
1 tbsp minced garlic 12g
2 tbsp sesame oil 28g
1 tbsp neutral oil 14g
1/4 tsp salt 1.5g
1/4 tsp msg 1.5g
1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper 1g

VEGETABLES
1 small onion
1/4 red and yellow capsicum (bell pepper)
1 carrot
1 bunch spinach,
3 stalks spring onions, green parts only cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tbsp neutral oil, to fry

TO SERVE
