Intimate Backyard Micro Wedding

This couple had to replan their wedding from a large 180 person gathering to a intimate family only celebration in the bride's parents backyard. While it was not anything like the original plans it ended up being incredibly beauitful and special. Their story is captivating and the only thing more beautiful is their wedding and all the personalized details that ended up making their day so special.

This couple had to completely replan their large wedding into a backyard intimate wedding in two weeks. We replanned and redesigned their wedding to fit the backyard space instead of the large ballroom setting they were originally planning.

The trick to backyard weddings is finding clever ways to design structures so that they can serve as the ceremony backdrop and the reception functionality. We covered the gazebo structure in a floral installation and hung drapes to cover up the area that would house the bar. After the ceremony the drapes were pulled open to reveal a beautiful vintage bar.

The wedding in the backyard was made special by hanging string lighting and covering them with greenery and wooden farm tables with rustic cross back chairs for family to sit comfortably throughout the ceremony and dinner.
