The garment fastens at the front with 5 buttons. Classic shape. One chest pocket (gray color, different fabric) and two hip pockets. Inner pocket. One button cuff. Black buttons. Condition - Very good. No spots. Probably the chest pocket was removed, and the new one was hand sewn. There are hand mends - the big one is visible only from the inner. There is small one visible outside, close to the pocket. Please use zoom feature and review the pictures. This is a timeless, stylish and versatile piece of classic work wear. Very desirable item that will age beautifully, and last a lifetime! Note that sizing of vintage clothing can be quite different to todays sizing. Looks like Small or Medium.
