A 1940's Navy Gabardine Swing Dress, with a square neckline, buttonhole detail. Center front has horizontal pin tucks, wrapping around the waist and below the waist. Side front has vertical pin tucks, shirred below the bust. The upper back dress is fitted with waistline darts, top stitched waistline, a center back metal zipper and self made back ties. There are pleats at the top of the sleeves and stitched tucks at the bottom of sleeves. The sleeves have padding. There are 5 gores in the front skirt, and 4 gores in the back. A great Swing dress!
