This couture lace hat was inspired by the Victorian picture hat, which reappeared in the mid 1940s and went by the name Cartwheel hat. Structured but very lightweight, it will give a touch of timeless glamour to every outfit. This hat has a shallow crown (cca 4-5 cm) and it is supposed to only lie on the top of the head, therefore the crown size will not be identical, but rather adjusted to your head circumference. The hat's diameter amounts cca 40 cm. An elastic band and satin ribbons that are attached to the crown's edge from the inner side makes it very easy to fix or attach to your hair.
