Women's Vintage 1990s Black Spaghetti strap (adjustable) Dress. Made by Bisou Bisou - Michelle Bohbot. There is a black mesh covering flesh colored material at the midriff portion of the dress. The dress is about below the knee length. The hem is slightly scalloped with the shortest length in the front. Tag says Size 8.
