This is an amazing gown. Hand-made by a master seamstress in 1972 from San Antonio (my hometown). It is made from a lightweight non-shiny poly-satin and accented with tea-dyed and beautifully beaded venise lace. I love the contrast of the light ivory dress wirh the dark ivory lace. There are so many wonderful things to say about this Sweetheart gown! I will try to be thorough! First of all it's made from some of the best poly dupiani I have ever seen/felt! I was shocked by the fiber tag when it didn't say silk! Could have fooled me and that's hard to do when it comes to fabrics!
