The headphones can't be connected to an iOS device using the Sony | Music Center or Sony | Headphones Connect app

In order for the headphones to connect to an iOS device, if your iOS version is 13 or later, you need to allow Bluetooth® access in the Sony | Music Center or Sony | Headphones Connect app. If you are using iOS version 14 or later and want to use the Sony | Music Center app, allow Bluetooth access in the app, and Local Network should also be turned on.

Follow these steps to turn on these settings:

1. On the iOS Settings menu, select Sony | Music Center or Sony | Headphones Connect app.
   Note: The settings should be set for each app.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth.
3. For Sony | Music Center with iOS 14 or later, turn on the Local Network.
