Vermont
Under Vermont law, we will not share information we collect about Vermont residents with companies outside of our corporate family, unless the law allows. For example, we may share information with your consent, to service your accounts or under agreements with other financial institutions.

Under California law, we must get your permission before we can share your personal financial information with outside companies. This does not apply to sharing with outside companies that offer financial products or services. You have a right to "opt out" of information sharing with outside companies for those purposes.
