Step 1
Log in to your My T-Mobile account on the web or the T-Mobile app to redeem this offer on eligible plans.

Step 2
Select ACCOUNT, then ADD-ONS next to the Primary Account Holder’s line.

Step 3
Select MANAGE DATA & ADD-ONS, then SERVICES to select your desired Netflix add-on. Continue to follow the prompts to link an existing Netflix account, or to create a new Netflix account and link it to your T-Mobile account.

  • Netflix Standard with ads (valued up to $6.99/mo) is included at no additional cost on the following plans: any Go5G™ or Magenta® plan with two or more lines, any Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX plan, including Military, 55, and First Responder plans.

  • If you have two or more Go5G™ or Magenta® voice lines, or one or more Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX voice lines, you can get Netflix ON US at no additional cost. To activate, log into My.T-mobile then select Manage add-ons. On the Manage data and add-ons page, add Netflix in the Services section.

  • You need to have two or more lines of any type of Go5G™ or Magenta® plan, or you need to have at least one line of Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX plan to be eligible for the Netflix ON US. Check out in-store materials for specifics in your state. Activation required. Existing Netflix subscribers can take advantage of the Netflix on us benefit if they are eligible.

  • With Netflix Standard with ads you can watch on up to two devices within a household at the same time. You can upgrade to Netflix Premium and watch on up to four devices in the same household at the same time for the discounted rate of $16, through your T-Mobile bill. Visit this page to upgrade now.

  • Go5G™ and Magenta plans with two or more lines and Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ and Magenta® MAX plans are eligible to receive a Netflix Standard with ads subscription on us. Discounts may be applied if you’d like to upgrade to another Netflix subscription, such as Netflix Standard or Netflix Premium. Visit this page for upgrade details.

  • Yes. If you have at least one line of Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX on your account, you’re eligible for the Netflix ON US benefit.

  • Log into My.T-mobile, select Account, and then select Manage add-ons. On the Manage data and add-ons page, add Netflix in the Services section. T-Mobile pays Netflix directly for you. For customers with an existing Netflix account, it may take one or two Netflix billing cycles for your billing to transfer to T-Mobile.

  • Netflix Standard with ads (valued up to $6.99/mo) is included at no additional cost on the following plans: any Go5G™ or Magenta® plan with two or more lines, any Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX single line plan, including Military, 55, and First Responder plans.

  • It's no problem. After you opt-in to Netflix ON US, you’ll be prompted to create a Netflix account if you do not have one. This links to your T-Mobile account. T-Mobile will then pay your Netflix Standard with ads subscription. If you select a higher tier Netflix plan, you’ll see the discounted upgrade cost included in your T-Mobile bill.
