  • Pandora recently announced a price increase to $10.99/mo. for its Pandora Premium plan, which took effect on April 24, 2024, for most Pandora Premium customers. T-Mobile customers who pay for Pandora Premium via their T-Mobile biller will see this price change reflected on their bill beginning October 23, 2024.

  • T-Mobile wireless customers on an eligible rate plan can get 4 months of Pandora Premium on Us – just for being a customer! Once the 4-month offer period ends, customers will be billed the then-current rate (currently $10.99 plus tax per month on applicable plan) to their T-Mobile bill unless they choose to cancel their subscription. Customers can cancel their Pandora Premium subscription at any time.

  • New and existing T-Mobile postpaid wireless customers on an eligible rate plan can get the first 4 months of Pandora Premium On Us by adding the offer to their account. After 4 months, customers will pay the current rate (currently $10.99 plus tax on applicable plan) every month. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
    Pandora Premium is for personal use; no commercial or business use is permitted under this plan.

    Not Eligible: T-Mobile Prepaid, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet (without wireless service) and Business accounts (corporate or government) are not eligible..

  • T-Mobile postpaid wireless customers that do not have an active Pandora account or listen to Pandora via your Pandora Free (ad-supported) account can click here to log in to your T-Mobile account and add your Pandora Premium offer. Once you add your Pandora Premium on Us offer to your account, , you will be prompted to activate your subscription with Pandora.

  • Yes! The 4-month Pandora Premium on Us offer can be combined with any of T-Mobile’s service and device promotions as well as T-Mobile’s current streaming and entertainment offers including Apple TV+ on Us, Hulu on Us, Netflix on Us, SiriusXM and more!

  • With a Pandora Premium plan, you get the ability to search and play songs on demand, ad-free personalized music stations, no cap on skips, access to podcasts, the ability to make and share playlists, offline listening, higher quality audio and longer timeouts than the ad-supported Pandora Free or Pandora Plus plans.

  • T-Mobile postpaid wireless plans eligible to receive the 4-month Pandora Premium on Us offer include Go5G™, Go5G Plus™, Go5G Next, Magenta®, Magenta® MAX, ONE, ONE Plus, Magenta® Plus, Magenta® Amplified, ONE Amplified, Simple Choice, and all 55+, Military, First Responder, Lifeline, and Deaf or Hard of Hearing/Visually Impaired versions of these rate plans.

  • If you are a T-Mobile postpaid wireless customer, you will be automatically charged the current Pandora Premium rate (currently $10.99 plus tax per month on applicable plan) on your T-Mobile bill if you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date at the end of your 4-month offer period.

    You will receive a notification as you get closer to your offer period ending as a reminder.

  • This offer is only available for new Pandora subscriptions or customers on a Pandora ad-supported (free) plan.
    If you currently have a Pandora ad-supported plan, your plan will be upgraded to Pandora Premium and T-Mobile will take over your billing. This offer is only available for an individual Pandora Premium plan.
