The Top Rated Local® Screening Process
In order to participate in Google's Local Services Ads, Top Rated Local® must complete our extensive background and license checks.
Businesses and business owners / field workers are screened for the following:
License
Possesses an active license, verified at the state and local level
Insurance
Has sufficient professional or general liability insurance
Background Check
Has passed an identity, criminal history and sex offender check
If Top Rated Local® finds that an individual has failed the screening process they will not be qualified to participate in the Local Service Ads program.
