Wikidata:Property proposal/attested

Motivation:

• should be on form as what is present in a text is a lemme not a lexeme ("actor"@en, "actour"@en and "actress"@en is the same lexeme but the attestations of these lemma vary a lot).
• link to the Q item of the text (preferably a version, edition or translation (Q3331189) but any subclass of media (Q340169) is acceptable)
  • could be used with qualifiers (like page(s) (P304) or quotation (P1683); point in time like point in time (P585) could also possibly be used but this information is usually already present in the Q item, for instance
    ⟨ Jabberwocky (Q250371)    ⟩ publication date (P577) ⟨ '1871' ⟩

• could have several values, the first one is an obvious choice (and could complement the 'date of first attestation' proposal above) but latter attestations could be useful too (a recent one or the last one, or even a well-know one, like "Berliner"@de by JFK in June 1963)

  • @ArthurPSmith: it depends on the lemma, for very rare one (the true hapax legomenon (Q168417)) we can easily have the complete list of the only attestation ;) For most words, I would says that 3-5 attestations would be good. Cdlt, VIGNERON (talk) 09:21, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
