We bring together multiple healthcare service providers, including doctors, hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies, into a single touchpoint, revolutionizing how patients are treated and cared for. We provide insurance products underwritten by leading insurance companies of Pakistan.

- To report any issues with our app or healthcare services, we encourage you to send your queries to [email protected]. Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns and will work to resolve any issues you encounter as quickly as possible.
- 6. How safe is my personal data?
- We use industry-standard security measures to ensure that your personal data is safe and secure. We also use encryption and other security technologies to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.
- 7. Who can access my medical records and data?
- Personal health information, whether it is videos or electronic medical records, is encrypted. And access is limited to only the patient, the healthcare provider, and other authorized people.
- 8. Is the teleconsultation between the doctor and patient recorded?
- The teleconsultation between the doctor and patient is not recorded to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the patient’s personal and medical information. We use appropriate security measures to protect the patient’s information during the teleconsultation.
- 9. Can an appointment be rescheduled?
- To reschedule your appointment, call or contact us on our WhatsApp or go to MedIQ’s mobile application. The appointment will be rescheduled according to a time that accommodates your schedule and the availability of the doctor. Through MedIQ’s mobile application, you can book the appointment on your own without any assistance required by anyone.
- 10. What is the estimated time to settle the claim?
- Within 15 working days after the submission of all documents.
- 11. What happens if I need to see a specialist?
- If a precise diagnosis cannot be made through teleconsultation or if further investigations are required, it is recommended to consult a specialist at the earliest. You can book a specialist consultation through MedIQ’s mobile or web application or by calling our call centre or through WhatsApp.
- 12. How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel your order, call or contact us on WhatsApp; our agent will see through your request immediately. Your payment for that order will then be reimbursed.

- 14. What does Beneficiary/Nominee mean?
- A beneficiary or nominee is the person or entity chosen by the policyholder to receive the benefits of the policy upon the policyholder's death or under specified circumstances.

- The Personal Accident Insurance Cover does not extend to Death or Permanent Disability resulting directly or indirectly from suicide or attempted suicide, kidnapping for ransom, being under the influence of intoxicants, alcohol or drugs, or events such as war, strikes, riots, civil commotion, or natural or man-made perils leading to a state of emergency declaration.
