Last week, our CCBSA leadership team converged at our Phoenix plant, in KZN, for our quarterly Leadership Forum hosted by our MD, Rakesh Rajbally. It was an insightful and reflective session where we discussed the previous quarter's performance, successes and challenges and deliberated on our plans for the balance of the year. Primary focus: to deliver exceptional results. We are excited to share that John Ustas, our former Managing Director, recently visited our various regions to provide his knowledge and insights on how we can make improvements in our operations, including our supply chain and manufacturing and other core areas of our business to enhance our capabilities, promote continuous learning, and drive profitable growth.   Hosted by our MD, Rakesh Rajbally, John’s visits have been a significant opportunity for robust engagement and mentorship, and he has used the platform to share his extensive expertise in how we can drive innovation and roll out our strategic initiatives. Additionally, his visits also provided an opportunity for him to share his experience with our leaders, and discuss the importance of collaboration and alignment towards a vision that will ensure we achieve our strategic objectives.   We are grateful for John’s ongoing support and dedication to our organisation and his efforts to foster excellence within our company. #Leadership #Mentorship #SupplyChain
