About us
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is a proudly South African company which began operating as a legal entity in July 2016, after the merger of six non-alcoholic ready to drink bottling operations. We are a level 3 B-BBEE empowered company. We employ over 7000 people at 13 manufacturing facilities across the country. As a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) and a bottler for The Coca-Cola Company, our vision is to refresh Africa every day and make our continent a better place for all. We manufacture and distribute Coca-Cola beverages that make life’s everyday moments more enjoyable, while doing business the right way. Last week, our CCBSA leadership team converged at our Phoenix plant, in KZN, for our quarterly Leadership Forum hosted by our MD, Rakesh Rajbally. It was an insightful and reflective session where we discussed the previous quarter's performance, successes and challenges and deliberated on our plans for the balance of the year. Primary focus: to deliver exceptional results. Key discussions also centered around maintaining a strong customer-centric culture, driving productivity and efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of governance and safety across our organisation. We were also honoured to host our Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) leadership - CEO Sunil Gupta, COO Gavin Hudson and Chief Supply Chain Officer, Alok Sharma, who also reinforced the importance of putting customers at the centre of everything we do and always. #LeadershipExcellence #CustomerCentricity #Governance #Productivity #SafetyFirst #PeakSeasonReady

As we pay homage and celebrate the remarkable sacrifices made by our heroes and heroines for our freedom, we reflect on their bravery and tenacious spirit and how they envisioned and fought for a different future for South Africa. Their courage inspires us to step up and unlock greatness in everything we do at CCBSA. We commemorate Heritage Day on 24 September to remind ourselves that, just like those before us, we too can rise and create a lasting impact and legacy. Together, let’s continue unlocking greatness and building on the legacy of those who came before us to help shape a brighter, more inclusive society. #HeritageDay #OurHeroes #SteppingUp #UnlockingGreatness #OneTeam
