Here's a little thing we made with OpenUp (formerly Code for South Africa) and The Green Connection . it's a 'serious game', about power and greed and corruption at an SOE, and I'm really happy with it. The story is, of course, oh so common in SA, so common it's easy to ignore. But we're hoping that by playing with the medium a bit we'll get people thinking about these issues with and suggest there are ways things could be better... https://lnkd.in/d-5vsEzS

GC, Aukotowa Fisheries Primary Co-Operative, and Natural Justice have launched another legal challenge against activities that could worsen climate change and negatively impact environmental health, which could affect fisher livelihoods. We are seeking a judicial review of decisions to grant authorisation to TGS Geophysical Company to conduct seismic surveys off South Africa's Western and Northern Cape coastlines.
