You will NOT be getting the mantel in the pictures. But it will be a close match. Keep in mind all mantels will look slightly different. No two barns are the same. Special Note: The dimension tall and wide might not be a perfect 6"x6". For example, real dimensions could be 5.5" x 6.25" or 6.75" x 6. If you need exact sizes tall and wide please let us know. Special Note 2: The very 1st picture in this ad is finished. It is there to let you know what your mantel could look like if finished out. The process I do on every mantel is as follows. 1st all wood is kiln died. Next cut to size and power washed. I sand it, clean it where needed with a wire wheel and sand the edges so they are smoother. Then it is sprayed with a secondary treatment to prevent reinfestation. This piece has been left natural and unfinished so the new owner can install it as it naturally appears or finish it to their taste. This piece can also be installed with whichever side facing out that is most appealing. The mantel shelf, itself, should be considered as much a piece of furniture as any other pieces in the room. Each and every Mantel is unique with many grain variations, knots, wormholes, mortises, checks (long naturally occurring cracks), nail holes, saw marks, among other natural characteristics. Some Mantels have mortis pockets (the part that looks like a square hole).
