Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are refunded via store credit, we do not provide cash refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your order has shipped, shipping is non-refundable.

To start a return/exchange, please submit a return request through your customer account.

Instructions:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for if needed.
  8. Click "Submit" request".

If your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with a shipping label if you are in the United States, or shipping instructions if you are outside of the United States. After the product is returned and we have processed it, store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may get lost and will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimates, undergarments, swimwear, or any item marked as "final sale" on the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
