In mathematical logic, the term seems no more in use, except for introductory presentation. The reason is probably its ambiguity. Otherwise, logic is generally considered as a part of philosophy. Nevertheless, I have replaced "philosophy" with "philosophy and logic" in the hatnote. D.Lazard (talk) 09:17, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
