I think haken-giri should be merged into Haken (employment). Haken-giri is refering to layoffs of this type of worker. Haken is referring to the type of worker in general, which is more significant, and can include the haken-giri information without any problems. --Mah2012 (talk) 00:52, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
