This decision appears inconsistent with the arguments favoring accessibility through English titles per WP:UE. UE says that we favor the name used by English-language sources, whatever language that name may be in. If you still want to publish your article and are confident it follows the policies of Wikipedia:Notability (people), Wikipedia:Reliable sources, Wikipedia:No original research, use the Wikipedia:Article wizard and submit a draft. May I suggest that you should avoid closing this discussion if you make such a question as it can appear as a form of a super vote. Mentioning this isn’t a bad idea, as sometimes when relishing you can see consensus leaning a specific way and want to call attention to it, but even in those cases I would discourage you from closing as it introduces your relisting comment as now being an involved editor versus uninvolved.
