English: Andhra Pradesh (Telugu: ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్, translation: Province of Andhras) is a state situated on the south-eastern coast of India. It is India's fourth largest state by area and fifth largest by population. Its Capital and largest city is Visakhapatnam.

Nature of Andhra Pradesh

Geographically, Andhra Pradesh is compoto the east of the Eastern Ghats. The climate of Andhra Pradesh varies considerably, depending on the geographical region. Monsoons play a major role in determining the climate of the state. Summers last from March to June. Kuchipudi (Telugu : కూచిపూడి) (pronounced as 'Koochipoodi') is a Classical Indian dance from Andhra Pradesh, India. Carnatic music (Sanskrit: Karnāṭaka saṃgīta) is a system of music commonly associated with the southern part of the Indian subcontinent, with its area roughly confined to four modern states of India: Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. It is one of two main sub-genres of Indian classical music that evolved from ancient Hindu traditions.
