23 november 1890 king Willem III has been succeeded by queen Wilhelmina. King -> Queen. That means that by that date the names of the Dutch naval ships (the ones commanded by a naval officer) officially changed from "Zijner Majesteits" (his) to "Harer Majesteits" (her).
