I have not gotten my Fitbit refund for my Ionic

Hey, my name is Parker Ziemer. I have called Fitbit so many times about this issue. And then they started forwarding me to someone else for the refund, and they sent me back to Fitbit. I basically gave up, until my wife encouraged me to try again because I no longer have a smart watch and am trying to get back into shape. I am posting this as a last resort. 

These are the facts I know. I called Fitbit right after they posted about the recall. I got a number, but never got the email. Later on, they reached out and said that the email was wrong on their end and they needed to fix it. I had originally opted for the $300 refund, and never got it. 

At this point, if I’m being completely honest, I want my Fitbit ionic back. It never failed me, it was perfectly waterproof (I went swimming with it often in college), and it had a flappy bird game. I have never had a watch that I liked as much as that one. So here is my request. Please send me back my Fitbit Ionic, so I can use it to track my workouts, steps, and calorie burn. I know you probably won’t be able to do that, but please, I really want it back. I am so tired of the calling and nothing working out. I just want my Ionic back. Please, and thank you.

We can't send you your Fitbit Ionic back. I understand how frustrating this could be and since you already started a process but you're not sure about the person that took  your phone call getting the correct letter, I would contact the recall center again. Please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic
