Ionic counts steps, but not mileage

Since Thursday (18JULY, 24) my Ionic is not counting my milage, I have 13K steps today (21JULY, 24) but 0 miles!

I reset the Ionic, no change. I've turned it off, then back on, no change. I've deleted the FITBIT app from my phone, reinstalled it... no change. I've had similar issues in the past and was able to solve doing these actions, not sure what else can be done.

Also, I'm fully aware that Ionic has been recalled... that has NOTHING to do with solving this issue. It's a glitch FITBIT is aware of and can fix.

Has this happened to anyone else and how did you resolve it?
