Add complete control over Ace LTE for School Time

Please provide complete control over what features are turned off during School Time. I would like to be able to turned off all messaging during School Time. Block access, like how games are blocked during School Time. A pure "Watch Only" mode to enable the tightest of restrictions.

This is needed because:
Many schools have "no smartwatch" policies. So simply silencing notifications doesn't meet their requirements. You need to be able to "turn off" all of the smart watch features so its "just a watch." It shouldn't be hard to enable a simple check-box / toggle for what features can and can't be used during School Time.
