An X account keeps popping up in Safari, unasked. I do not have an X account and I don't want to see anyone's X account. How can I block one website. I have read about using Screen Time, but I do not see the option to block a specific website on that feature.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "popping up" but I suggest clearing Safari's history and / or cookies and related website data.
