Why am I being ignored?
[edit]Why am I being ignored? I'm really sincerely trying to prove I can change. Why are you and User talk:Hey man im josh both ignoring me? How can I prove that I'm capable of discussing things in good faith with the both of you? Also, what do I need to do to prove I can get the template editor rights again? CharlesEditor23 (talk) 05:24, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- CharlesEditor23, Wikipedia is not my life and I don't edit much on weekends. Please take your tone down a notch. Nothing is broken, Wikipedia is fine if some template colors aren't exactly what you want them to be. I told you to show what you are proposing, much like hey man im josh requested on your thread at WT:NFL. Start with showing exactly what you want changed, how it will look and why you think it should change. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 14:00, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- OK. If I do that, will that help my chances of getting my template editor rights restored? That's all I care about. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 19:28, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- CharlesEditor23, I didn't remove your template editor rights, so you will need to engage more closely with hey man im josh on that. I am just merely trying to provide you a blueprint for a successful discussion, one that will not guarantee success, but will likely help solidify consensus one way or the other. Again, as Josh and others mentioned, its best to provide an example. As an example, if this text is green and gold, but I think it should be blue and yellow, then show that. People understand this easier and it helps them form an opinion. This is especially true with many editors who have a basic grasp of template coding, but don't fully grasp all the underlying code. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 19:55, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- OK. I just did that. Please visit WT:NFL when you have a chance? I just provided an example of what the wiki-code formatting differences look like using Template:Gridiron alt primary style & Template:Gridiron alt secondary color. Hope that helps you and User talk: Hey man im josh. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 19:57, 9 December 2024 (UTC)

Hello, I noticed you are a user who frequents WP:GAN and thought you might be interested in Good Article Review Circles. It is an initiative that helps articles get reviewed more quickly through collaborative efforts. By joining, you will review another user's article and get your own GA nomination reviewed in return. Check out the project page for more details! — GMH Melbourne (talk) 02:43, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
