• Delete: Fails GNG and ORG. Sources in article are all primary, database, sources, nothing that meets SIGCOV addressing the subject directly and indepth by IS RS. Mutliple editors above did BEFOREs and were unable to find SIGCOV in any sources. If there is an alt spelling or another name this org goes by that has sigcov, ping me.
