There are a few other bits of residue from the inclusion of Wagtail that we could remove as well if desired:

• The file kitsune/sumo/templatetags/sumo_tags.py can be deleted if desired. I added it for Wagtail.
• Everything related to is_cms_request in SUMORefreshIDTokenAdminMiddleware.process_request:

  is_cms_request = request.path.startswith("/cms/") and request.path != "/cms/login/"

• Nit. We could remove these lines:

  Line 1202 in 463ab47

  "https://www.gravatar.com",

  . I added them for the Wagtail admin.
