I am a 35 year old female that works with the school district and live on the second floor of the home.
I have a cat who is super chill and loves everyone.
Rent is $800/month including all utilities with an $800 deposit.
The room has a six month lease with the possibility of another six months or month to month after the initial time period.
I would prefer a female roommate, but am open to the right fit.
Pets are a possibility upon further discussion with the landlord.
