Galaktoza-1-fosfat uridililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.12, uridil transferaza, heksoza-1-fosfat uridililtransferaza, uridiltransferaza, heksoza 1-fosfat uridiltransferaza, UDP-glukoza:alfa-D-galaktoza-1-fosfat uridililtransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-alfa-D-glukoza:alfa-D-galaktoza-1-fosfat uridililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
