A revue is a form of theatrical performance: Several actors, perform on stage. Like the operetta, and the musical, the actors perform and dance on stage, before an audience.Unlike these two, there is no link between the different parts or pieces. They might be on a comomn themre. Usually, a person guides through the program, and announces he next performance. The different üieces are called numbers. and there may be number girls announcing them. The form of theatrical performance called Kabarett is very similar.
