To build strong relationships with your readers and reduce churn, you can customize emails. If you make your emails more engaged and personalized, you can:
- Reiterate your value proposition.
- Promote a deeper connection with your audience.
Customize email templates
- Open Publisher Center.
- Select your publication with a paywall enabled.
- Click Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise.
- At the top right of "Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise," click More options.
- Under "More options," select Email customizations.
- Select the message template you want to customize.
- Click Edit Message.
- Tip: Currently, we only support customizations for Billing Reminder.
- Add your custom message in the text box
- Tip: You can choose to include benefits associated with the offer in your email template when you check the "Add Benefits" checkbox below the text box.
- To send yourself a customized email template with your changes, click Send test email.
- If you've finalized a customized version, click Publish.
- Once your template is published, it's included in all billing reminder emails sent out to your subscribers.
