Last Sunday we had the pleasure of hosting Pana Run Club and our very own #TeamGalaxy wellness influencer Josh Patterson at the first #SamsungHealth "Run to Retreat" event at #SamsungKX. Over 30 runners joined us for a 5km run followed by a breath work session, all tracked by the Samsung Health app via their Galaxy Watches. The Samsung Health app allows users to access and manage comprehensive health and wellness information with no subscription fee, empowering everyone to pursue their wellness goals. From energy levels and sleep quality to stress management, the Samsung Health app can help you personalise your health priorities to suit your unique needs. The evening kicked off with a powerful keynote from Lee Chambers, founder of Male Allies UK, who shared valuable insights on the importance of allyship in the workplace. His message resonated with our commitment to fostering a more inclusive environment for everyone. A huge thank you to Kirstie Ayres for moderating a thought-provoking panel discussion with industry leaders: Julie O'Brien (Worboys) Aimee Holloran Tyler Hemmen Roland Parrott Together, they explored actionable ways to support women and under-represented groups, inspiring us all to become better allies. New consumer research from Samsung Pioneers reveals inaccessible designs are leaving millions of UK consumers out of essential products, services, and experiences. Did you know that over two-thirds (68%) of UK adults with invisible and visible disabilities have felt excluded from products or services due to accessibility issues - and 55% don’t feel mainstream brands truly cater to individual needs? To highlight these findings, we’ve partnered with the London Design Festival and Amy Francis-Smith, RIBA Architect & Accessible Design Specialist, to show how inclusive design leads to a more accessible society for everyone and lifelong brand loyalty. In fact, three-quarters (76%) of consumers said they would stay loyal to brands with a strong focus on accessibility.
