Hey there, not quite sure what went wrong there, but it looks like you manually rolled back the entire WP:RSN noticeboard by a day or two and then replied to some thread had had long since moved to a centralized RfC discussion location. Not quite sure how what went wrong there, but just letting you know that it has been reverted. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

One person stated that the behavior seemed similar, so does the geolocation (UK); does this LTA have a history of using proxies? Because the vandal here proceeded to unleash an army of them when their IP range was blocked from the talk page.
