Thanks for feedback. I think I will just give up. I was not disputing the information given, just concerned that it was difficult to understand. But now I will do other things... Cheers Sdc870 (talk)

Why did you manually rollback the entire WP:RSN noticeboard by several days

[edit]

Hey there, not quite sure what went wrong there, but it looks like you manually rolled back the entire WP:RSN noticeboard by a day or two and then replied to some thread had had long since moved to a centralized RfC discussion location. Not quite sure how what went wrong there, but just letting you know that it has been reverted. If you want to reply to that discussion, then per the move notice, you can find it at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Grey Literature. Raladic (talk) 07:36, 13 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I intended to add to the end of an RFC, but it was strangely formatted. Beyond that, I'm not sure what happened. Jc3s5h (talk) 15:25, 13 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:24, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

One person stated that the behavior seemed similar, so does the geolocation (UK); does this LTA have a history of using proxies? Because the vandal here proceeded to unleash an army of them when their IP range was blocked from the talk page. Curious to hear your thoughts. wizzito | say hello! 00:38, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Nvm - taking a look at writing samples from both makes me think this is not the same person. wizzito | say hello! 00:52, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have not observed VXFC using proxies, not that I'm an expert at spotting proxies. Jc3s5h (talk) 01:26, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
