💜 November is National Family Caregivers Month — a time to honor the incredible individuals who give so much of themselves to care for their loved ones. At EverythingALS, we see firsthand the challenges and sacrifices that family caregivers of people with ALS make every day. Your dedication is nothing short of heroic, and we’re here to support you. To spotlight the importance of caregiving and palliative care in the ALS community, we’re excited to share a video from last February featuring Dr. Kate Brizzi, a member of the faculty at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Department of Neurology and the Department of Medicine, Division of Palliative Care. Dr. Brizzi’s passion lies at the intersection of neurology and palliative care, with a special focus on educating the next generation of providers and improving communication tools for care teams. Together, we can continue to uplift and empower the ALS caregiving community. 💪 Watch Dr. Brizzi's presentation here: https://lnkd.in/gXY4isAS #NationalFamilyCaregiversMonth #ALS #Caregiving #PalliativeCare
