Exciting news from our latest employee engagement survey at Shoptet! 🚀 We’re proud to share an incredible eNPS of 90% and an employee engagement rate of 81%.💪 What's more, we involved our people in the process and created focus groups that came up with fantastic recommendations to address key areas for improvement. Management is now carefully reviewing and prioritizing them to decide how best to implement them. More details in the attached article 😉 We’re on a mission to build a culture where employee feedback is at the heart of everything we do, though it’s not an easy task as many people struggle to give honest feedback not to hurt the other person. To overcome this, we're committed to the concept of Radical Candor® and have embedded practices like monthly Q&A sessions, coffee chats with the management team members, our own 360 feedback framework, and the Polly tool for gathering further insights.
