Where are my recurring revenue HubSpot gurus? Are you using the new Recurring Revenue Beta features of Enterprise Hub? How are you liking it? I've typically seen this done outside of HubSpot through a data warehouse and visualization tool. I am wanting to use the recurring revenue feature but there are some quirks that I'm trying to figure out. Some include: -Best practices for managing downgrades and renewals and the balance of closing out the initial deal and creating a new one. -When you close out a deal as renewal, you're supposed to create a new one, but per the documentation the new deal doesn't show in the recurring report? So does the initial deal always stay in the RR report? -If you do an upgrade, do you close out the old deal and create a new one at the new price, or just do the delta between them? -How do you think about the default property deal type vs recurring revenue deal type. Lots more, but anyone willing to have a conversation about this functionality?

New HubSpot recipe is going out tomorrow 👨🔬 📚 In this guide, we’ll set up a structure to combine the ease of use of the Conversations Inbox with the added visibility and feedback loops gained by using the Leads Object.  💬 Conversations Inbox: We’ll set up the conversations inbox so reps can qualify in/out Leads directly from the inbox. We’ll also ensure that we’re assigning conversations to the appropriate person.  The Conversation Inbox is my nemesis (the Help Desk implementation is far better but limited to Service Hub seats), but with this structure, we’ll get a pretty smooth workflow for the SDRs. 🎯 Lead Object: We’ll set up a “sync” with the conversation inbox to allow the team to work from both places based on the situation. 🔄 Feedback Loop: We’ll set up a feedback loop structure with a conditional field if Conversations are disqualified to allow us to filter the right leads to the SDRs better.
