An online store for downloading free and paid Android apps from Amazon.com, introduced in March 2011. Later in the year, Amazon launched its first Android tablet, the Kindle Fire, while relies on the Appstore for software downloads. Debuting with 4,084 apps and games, within four years, more than 400,000 titles were available.
