Which models have limited international warranty service support?
The following models may have limited international warranty service support during the 12-month warranty period : S23 Series (S23, S23+, S23Ultra) & S24 Series (S24, S24+, S24Ultra). Note that restricted availability of specific repair parts may result in repair delays or higher repair costs.
How can I begin the warranty repair process?
Please register your product to start the warranty repair process. Navigate to My Page & Products and select View Product Details for your product. Then, select the Request Service button. Alternatively, you may visit the Repair Service page for further assistance.
How do I validate my warranty?
If you believe there is an error in your warranty expiration date, find your registered device on My Page & Products and select View Product Details. Click the info icon ⓘ next to the warranty information and follow the on-screen instructions to validate your warranty.
