The entire support team have all been exceptional, but a stand out recently has been Louis and Joshua who have been bombarded by my team with requests. Terrible service to begin with. Website issues and sales staff with no technical expertise blame the account holder.
I was made to feel like a liar. However, another chap helped. All sorted now.

20i are a brilliant company. They host my website, which has a lot of content on. I've had no issues with the hosting at all. The speed of my site is good. What makes this company so exceptional in my opinion, is the support team. They have been absolutely fantastic with me. I've had to manage my own site because of some problems with the company who built my site. 20i have been so helpful and supportive with queries I've had. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I would recommend them to anyone. They are highly professional and efficient. Their customer service is fabulous! Great company, all round. I've used many website hosts, but this one is exceptional. Having been with them for over a year, their service is outstanding. I use their managed service, and they promptly address and resolve any issues I encounter, which, I admit, are often my own doing. Fast server hosting is great, but reliable support in times of trouble is what truly matters. They've earned all my praise because they've saved me a considerable amount of money. Rahul R. is the best Technician he was kind friendly and helpful. After the iBrave shutdown. He helped me sort out my issue showed me how to migrate to another reseller and aved me time and money I was having trying to bypass an Auth platform issue.

My main website was damaged by a wordpress update. The fonts and general styling wasn't right and it looked awful.
I used the 'live chat' and someone called Louie R asked what the issue was. I told hem and they set about restoring the site.
This whole thing took very little time and the end result was perfect.

MONTHS of external monitoring service telling me sites are intermittently DOWN, and 20i keeps saying "false positive" about the monitors. My customers complaining, and eventually, I timed site latency at THIRTY SECONDS for the tiniest part of page to load - on SIX sites hosted with them.
TWO of 20i staff responded by saying "London is far away from Texas". As if THIRTY SECOND latency would be acceptable from anywhere to anywhere on this planet for a simple home page to BEGIN to load. As if "London is far from Texas" had any relevance at all to them just not delivering the most basic of service.
No responsibility, accountability, or truth. Nothing but excuses, distractions, and lies with these people. Finally fired them.

I've been looking for a platform that works for me personally, that integrates all the vital parts of website development.
The Domain settings, the cloud and hosting packages, the scalability, you name it, its there and it functions well, easy to navigate, overall pleasant experience.
Like I said to the live chat, upgrade those SSD's ASAP and you will have me as a loyal customer for many years to come.
